"Had claim with State Farm Claims that was totally frustrating. So I contacted, luckily Kristy Boyer, who went beyond to get claim started. She got everything started and I avoided Claims except minimum to settle. Still not finalized but she is following up to finalize With her gracious help I avoided claims. She has been more than just helpful. She has Been beyond helpful. She has gone beyond and helped me keep me pleased with State Farm. I was an about to give up on State Farm after 70+ years. She has restored my trust in State Farm people not Claims and their use Ai."

"My family has had policies with State Farm for years, you would think this would make things easier. NO… We had 5 cars insured & our home. We had a death in the family & tried to make changes to our policies- we’ve had no return calls- sent texts- given the run around. With zero compassion & no willingness to work with us. We’ve spent endless amounts of money- on high priced policies we needed changed for months. For these many many reasons- I would NOT recommend this company /and /or office to anyone."

"We are very sorry for your family's loss and can understand how this issue has caused stress. However, my office has had many conversations with you regarding this matter. Legally we can only make changes to an insurance policy at the request of either 1) A named insured and a party to the policy or 2) The Administrator of the insured's estate. I'm sorry that we can not make changes being requested from someone that is not listed on the policy. I again ask your help in connecting us with the Administrator of the Estate so we can make any needed changes."
