"Would not cover me as a builder"

"Russell - I am sorry we were not able to insure your house during the construction/rebuilding process. Please know this was nothing directed at you personally and nothing that my agency has any control over. Being a State Farm agent I can only sell policies State Farm offers. State Farm does not currently have a policy that will provide builders the protection they need during this type of project. Please let me know if I can help refer you to other agents who will be able to help provide you the coverage and the type of policy you need. However, once the project is complete we are happy to give you a quote in an effort to earn your business. UPDATE - Russell - We have just emailed you a list of independent agents we have worked with in the past with hopes one of them will have a product that can cover you on this project. "

"I switched to Rod Chew’s agency a few years ago after working with two other SF agents in my area. I’m so glad I did! My experience with this agent and his staff has been amazing!!
