Rod Chew

Kristy joined our team in 2004 but has been working with State Farm policyholders back to 1999.  Kristy focuses on assisting policyholders for any type of servicing request including policy changes and updates, billing questions, as well as helping file claims.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

Kathleen started her State Farm career in 1985 and joined our team in 2005. She has vast knowledge in all aspects of insurance but really enjoys working on the life and health insurance needs of our policyholders.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her grandkids as well as traveling to Florida.

Erich joined our team in 2011 after spending several years in the sports industry. Erich focuses on both the personal and small business insurance needs our policyholders. He enjoys helping people and businesses make sure their coverage meets their needs so they are able to overcome the unexpected. He spends his personal time enjoying his family, cooking, traveling & going to the gym.

Araceli joined our team in 2020; however, she had over 11 years experience with another State Farm agent before they retired.  Araceli's experience allows her to help our policyholder with just about anything they need.  She strives to provide the highest level of customer service in every interaction.  Araceli is also fluent in Spanish.  She enjoys spending time with her family but especially with her new grand baby. 

 Casey joined our team in 2021, but brings years of State Farm experience from working in other agencies in Texas. She focuses on completing customers’ requests, answering billing questions and building relationships with our policyholders. Her favorite part about working in insurance is being able to bring comfort to policyholders during unexpected events. In her free time, Casey enjoys spending time outdoors or in the kitchen whipping up delicious food!
